Do you have any stores in my area?
We are currently an online only ecommerce store, but we do participate in markets from time to time. If you want to check us out in person keep an eye out for updates and subscribe to our emails to be notified.
Can I order online and pick up my items?
Absolutely, simply add all the items you want to order from our website to your shopping cart and click on your cart to check out. You will have the option of having your items delivered or you can pick up from our location in the west end of Toronto.Free Shipping is also available for orders Over $75 CDN within North America.
Do you use styrofoam in your packaging?
No, we pack our orders using recyclable materials.
How do I track my order?
When you place an order you’ll receive an email confirmation that your order has been received as well as a further email with the tracking information you need to be able to see where your delivery is.
Will I be charged customs duties?
Sometimes there are customs charges on orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada. We ask you to check with your local customs authority for more information on this type of tax or duty charge.
How can I pay for the goods?
We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Discover.
How does the exchange rate work?
At our checkout, you will be charged in Canadian dollars (as we are based in Canada), however, your local currency exchange rate will be applied by your credit card company when the payment is processed by them.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes. We never sendthe invoice in our packaging and we also offer the option to add a note with an order.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes we do, choose from $10, $25, $50 and $100 Gift Cards available for immediate purchase. Gift cards are emailed electronically after purchase. They are then available to print, save, or forward as a gift.
Can I get advice on what products are best for me?

What is the Plant A Tree Initiative?
A tree will be planted for every $10.00 spent in our shop. Why Trees ? Trees are the most cost-effective and efficient carbon removal technology that we have. Our forests today remove 1/3rd of all fossil fuel emissions, but we are losing our forests to wildfires and human-driven deforestation. Together, we can work to reforest the earth and restore our ecosystems.
Do you use GMO ingredients?
All of our products are GMO-free.
What is the difference between Fragrance and Essential Oils?
Fragrance oils are man made whereas essential oils are created from plants, trees, etc. We use paraben and phtatalete free oils from trusted Canadian suppliers in some of our products, essential oils in others, and sometimes a mix of both.
Do your products contain parabens or phthalates?
No, we only use fragrance oils that are paraben and phthalate free.
Do your products contain SLSA or SLS?
We have been phasing out SLSA and SLS from some of our products, with a goal to being completely sulphate free.
Do your products contain MICAs?
We are phasing out the use of micas in our bath and body products and replacing them with botanical extracts and other natural herbs.Our research showed that most natural micas are mined using child labour from 3rdworld countries.It is sometimes difficult to ascertain where the micas for sale originally come from so we have decided to do away with them completely.Also, lab created micas still have to be coloured in the lab and we are not convinced that the process is fitting with our natural products. In order to be fully “cruelty free” the use of child labour in extracting the micas from the earth has to be eradicated.
Why are some essential oils not safe for pregnancy?
Our products are made using the recommended guidelines from Health Canada are we are on the side of caution. However, if you are pregnant and using leave-on products or aromatherapy misters please consult your healthcare provider.
Do you use ingredients containing gluten?
Some of our products contain wheat germ or oatmeal.We are not a gluten-free facility, nor do we test for the presence or absence of it in our other products.Research says that the gluten contained in skin care products cannot be absorbed through the skin. You should avoid any products that you might accidentally swallow, such as lip products containing gluten. We always recommend a patch test on the inner arm when trying new products.
I am allergic to wheat. Do I have to worry about skin care products that contain wheat?
Some people who are allergic to wheat can get a skin reaction when they use products that contain wheat or gluten products. You should avoid products that contain wheat, barley, malt, rye, oat, and oat bran.A skin test on the inner arm is always recommended when trying new products.
Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not! And we also do not use any ingredients that are tested on animals.We use our friends and family to test our products!
Do you sell your products wholesale?
We do not do wholesale orders at this time.
