This is a Victorian mourning brooch from the late 1800s with the iconic hand holding a black wreath.
It has some wear to the finish showing it was lovingly used. We have left it in "as found" condition and have not attempted to paint it black or hide its age in any way. It measures just over 2 1/2 inches in length.
